Congrats on 2 years Silex.
This community might not be the biggest but we have the most fun and that is what my Little League coach said is all that matters. |

Made some changes to Orbs per feedback (V 1.01):
- Warrior Priest's Glimpse of Divinity does 3 damage instead of 4 and no longer gives an extra turn.
- Warrior Priest's I Shall Not Fall triggers 100% of the time, but knocks Tactics down to 66 when triggered.
- Warrior Priest's Rending Strike costs 180 AP instead of 120 AP.
- Zealot's Tzeentch's Plan now grants an extra turn upon use.
- Fixed a bug that caused effects to carry over between fights in Tournament mode.
- Rehired Paul's Sunglasses to give better instructions.
Tried to write that like an MMO dev. This is fun playing MMO dev! |

So being an MMO dev IS all about fun and games.

Yep this game is lots of fun. Gonna run through it and see how I deal with the changes. I am having a real tough time with the WP on ridiculous. I'll update with my progress.
Also, noob question, Is there a way to download the game? |

Can download at this link:
http://warhammerinfo.com/orbsV101.swf
(right click -> Save Target As...)
Yea, thinking about where to go next with it (if anywhere).
- Add more classes.
- Build up a character over matches, choose new abilities to slot in, character saved on server, etc.
- Player vs. Player over the net. |

Cool thx Silex.
Well I finally beat Tournament as a WP.
The only thing I can suggest is take away more Tactic Points from the WP upon rez. It was too easy to get right back up to 100 TP and keep rezzing. I suggest dropping it to 0.
The best strat I can explain to win is, get him down to <5 points then wait for a string of at least 15 dmg pts so you can kill him twice. Easier said than done. My match lasted over 1hr when the others I handled very easily in around 10min.
Off to try the other classes. Lots of fun! |

| I just noticed something about the Bright Wizard. Silex you need to make him more powerful as in make the abilities more powerful. ATM, fireball and heart of fire need their costs reduced. Also I suggest you decrease the duration of the Poisoned Arrer from the Squig Herder to 1 turn. |

I had a thought for the Warrior Priest.
Have his 'I Shall Not Fall' give him 10 HP, 10 AP, 10 Morale, 10 Tactics and 10 shields.
That way he his weak but has the divine protection from the after world (Shields). That will keep him from being smoked after bouncing back from the dead, but keep him from being able to get back to 100 TP in a turn or two.
On a side note, I just smoked (scorched?) through the Tournament on Ridiculous with the BW. I don't think he is underpowered at all. It felt just right to me. Fireball + Shields + Key of Sparks (1st tactic) = win. The only time I had to switch was for the Zealot. That fight I did get lucky on. I just kept my AP low with Funnel Power since she will drain it anyway.
I just chewed through Tournament on Ridiculous with the Squig Herder. Great dps and cool abilities. I liked Squigbeast (2nd Morale ability) in particular. It just rips all of them to pieces (except for the WP of course ) Next and final career, Zealot! |

| I have beat the tournament on Ridiculous with every character except the Zealot. The WP and the Squig Herder give me problems when I use the Zealot. |

I just beat Tournament with Zealot.
What worked for me is to get Tactics up to 100 asap. Having +1 dmg, infinite AP drain, and 9 dmg from Scourge are major buffs. Then focus on Morale and Shields. The Morale ability I like the best is Quelling Mists (20 dmg + 10 Shields). It can turn a battle instantly. I only use Reversal of Fate (1+1 skulls) as a killing blow. I never used Tzeench's Plan but it would probably help a lot with Morale Points if there are a lot of orbs on the board. Then I just scourge them to death.
| Mograth wrote: | | The WP and the Squig Herder give me problems | With the WP you have to either kill him before he gets 100 tactics or save Quelling Mists for when he is <20 and then hit him with a 9 scourge (+1 from your Ritual of Exhaustion) for a total of 10dmg = death.
For squig herder, keep AP drained and shields up. Rotate between healing and scourging to take him down.
This is my ranking of easiest to hardest:
1) Squig Herder (many tools and well designed)
2) Warrior Priest (although *fighting* a WP is killer)
3) Bright Wizard (never stop dpsing)
4) Zealot (a very tricky career, but needs to be carefully played) |

| Ok beat it with Zealot. Had a great board against the squig herder and it was a breeze. |
